Orders that include more than 1 item will be processed at the time assigned to each item.

Before shipment, all ordered items will be thoroughly inspected. The majority of orders are shipped today within 24 hours. The time for delivery should be between 3-7 business days.

Returns

The majority of items are available. However, those that aren't marked as such, and when you add them to your cart, they will appear with a $0.00 amount. We will dispatch goods that are available at the time and may have to backorder on the odd occasion.

The period of time is 30 days. If it's been longer than 30 days since your purchase we're unable to give you a refund.

You are only able to return an item if it's unopened and in the same condition the day you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If we have made a mistake (e.g. If you received an incorrect item or a damaged one, the buyer will be accountable for the entire shipping cost. You will be responsible for shipping costs should you decide to exchange an item.
